W213 e63s - my first AMG

Congrats on the car, great choice! you've got adaptive cruise on yours which is a great option for motorway cruising and is one of the best implementations.
I didn't see the thread until just now otherwise I would have pointed you in the right direction re android auto. Btw you can get an adaptor that allows you to connect to android auto wirelessly for a few quid. I can share a link.
I ended up picking up a 2018 June registered estate with 4 year warranty in Feb. It could be louder but i need to check with the warranty folks if i can stick headers on it without compromising the warranty. My e93 M3 is really loud all the time and thats what i like, i dont need it to be quiet, MSL are great, they did an exhaust on a previous E63 i had. Are MSL going the whole hog and sticking long tube headers on it ? That will really open the sound up.

Btw If you want it to misbehave then I recommend driving in sports plus mode with sport handling mode and the tail will wag all over the place. It will feel very rear wheel drive and wild.

Surprised it is more comfortable than the M5 competition, it certainly is the least comfortable E63 ! The M5 must be hard as rocks !

The C class has less cabin insulation in any case, my C63s was louder in cabin than my preOPF E63s

Wicked bro! Yes please send the link for wireless Android auto

They are going go just do downpipes, maybe a new backbox

Can you say that again please only a little louder as with all the noise around here I can't hear you? Just joshing ;)

The one i bought is currently unavailable on amazon. It looked a bit like this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/Wireless-C...97-b6be-554432eed9a5&pd_rd_i=B0BV6Q5KKC&psc=1

Mods sound good. Let me know if you're happy with the sound once they've done the work

Haha it's not a loud car at all. There's so many louder cars out there

This doesn't have the race seats. It's got the comform ones.
I'm 6 ft 4 and I found the race ones a little uncomfortable
Ahhhh. Well, Dinny bother with the photos then, it’ll just disappoint me. 👍

(Obviously joking 😁. Please post interior pics. 👌👍)

Now that looks a clever piece of kit 👍

I'm not really into gadgets for my motors, don't even like driving with any music on or folks blabbering away on the radio if I'm honest, peace and quiet, concentrating on the road and enjoying the drive suits me, BUT I can see how useful something like that gizmo would come in very handy indeed.

Saying goodbye to wired connections, with an easy to convert wired Android Auto to wireless with this wireless android auto dongle see seems a great idea - nice recommendation.

Not a loud car eh, okay I believe you, but how come you have had 3 changes of neighbours in as many years then, it's a puzzlement right? 😚

I have a couple more recommendations- If your phone supports super fast charging or you want 100w future proofing then this bad boy or similar: https://www.amazon.co.uk/UGREEN-Cha...-2-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&psc=1
Or something like this with 30w charging for 6 quid. Plug your phone into the USB C while android auto is running wirelessly. Unfortunately certainly on my phones, there is a net battery drain when plugged into the android auto port with a wired connection because it doesn't provide my hungry phones with enough juice to run AA and charge the phone.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Charger-IN...qid=1745994395&sprefix=Cigaret,aps,110&sr=8-3 android auto wireless is what I've had installed on all my cars that didn't have it from factory and it is useful because unfortunately the kids choose the music these days so the phone gets passed around the car. I do also like just listening to the engine and exhaust when I drive.
I'm helping estate agents earn a living ...so...

Actually my next door neighbour has a straight piped bmw, the guy 3 doors down has a straight piped w204 c63... there i am with my pea shooter at a gun duel...

is your Bentley quite loud ?

Good recommendations again 👍

In good company with your neighbours then, making music together - 1746022786535.png

Bentley quite loud? Hmmmmm now let me think ... oh yes and even better if my right foot should slip, but that rarely happens of course 😈 😉
