Being in lockdown, I started the car to 'get the fluids going', locked it from the outside (! don't ask how !) and of course could not unlock with the remote (key) as it does not work when the ignition is on. So i sent an 'order' message via the mobile app which thankfully unlocked the car.
Trying afterwards to test the emergency bit, I found out that the keyhole at the bottom is merely used to remove the plastic rear half of the handle (simultaneously pulling out the front half) thus revealing the second keyhole!!
