W213 Tyre Pressure Sensor

Hi I wonder if you guys help me i've changed alloys of W213 2017 like to fit Tyre pressure sensors I've seen many on ebay if i buy and get it fit do i need Star to activate or they will activate by itself?

you just drive the car a few miles after fitting and the system recognises the TP as they send out radio signals. no need for programming
