Hi Guys

I'd like to gather opinion, advice and experience with potentially lowering my W213 E400d which is currently sitting on steel springs all around. I have no complaints with the ride, it's fine for me, but for aesthetics only, I think a mild drop would be nice.

I don't want to go crazy, maybe 20mm is enough...

Do i need to consider the 'Agility Control' shocks or will they be fine?

Has anyone done it and can share experience?

If anyone can steer me to springs or other solutions that would be great.

I'll post photos of how it looks now to give you an idea.

Thanks

I don't have am answer.....but I see what you mean....she def sits a bit high......or at least the gap between the tyres and arches looks too big! As you say 20mm should be about ideal.

I just got a e400d on 19 inch Amg 5 spokes, and the ride is so so at best. It has agility control with lowering but I don't detect any lowering at speeds. I agree it would be better lowered by say 2 cm or so

In fact, would be great to convert to air suspension, anyone tried ?
