CL500 W21.....CLS 500 W219 e class w212
My w215 cl500 has just started to have issues with acceleration...changed out the man sensor but the few posts I've been able to read on the internet seem to point to the accelerator pedal assembly and sensor.
Can someone guide me as to how to remove the pedal assembly and sensor so i can replace it .Thanks

Having a donor w215..was able to remove accelerator pedal assembly along with the sensor..Just one 10mm bolt under a dust cap lower centre of pedal assembly...two electrical connectors one to sensor ..other to kick down switch...10 mins to swap out and now problem has gone...Yipeeee

'Dangerously slow' - so you've driven a W115 200D then ?

stick a sprint booster on there (goes between pedal and cars wiring) itll soon perk up lol

Maybe try disconnecting and leaving for a while let it reset ?
