W219 navigation TV unit

looking to buy a 2007 CLS 500 which has Harman/Kardon audio, but doesn´t have big screen navi/TV unit.
Can I just buy it seconhand, let´s say this: 2006 Mercedes E class W211 W219 Sat Nav Navigation radio CD A2118202197 | eBay or use some third party unit: Android 8.1 Car GPS Navigation DVD Stereo Wifi For Benz W211/W463/W219/ | eBay and just plug and play?

Will that work properly with premium sound system?
