W220 front suspension problem-advise pls

Have my car at the garage today to replace two front lower control arms,the ones airmatic strut sits on.We cannot remove the allan screws on the bottom of the strut,no way it moves.We snaped two keys already.As it is airmatic don't want to heat it up, oh no!!!
Is there any good trick in a book to get around it?
