W220 S Class Comand 2.5 retrofit

Hello guys , i've got a comand 2.5 unit already, now i need to know how to retrofit it to my vehicle , currently i got a audio 30 with a cd changer.

What are the parts i need to retrofit and where i could buy a wiring harness or instruction on making one .

Does your car already have a gps aerial laid ??? Its pretty straight forward to install the comand unit. You'll just need a conversion lead, I just got mine retrofitted and can give you the number of the guy who supplied me witht he cable, i think it was about £40.

hrmm , please tell me where i can get the cable, i am actually in malaysia .

i don't need the gps aerial lead ,i will just disable the comand gps with STAR. i got the diagnosis set as i own a mercs workhsop over here as well :>

so its just the harness plug in and thats it ?

Hallo, i also have an audio 30 with a sound system installed, i have heard that it is pretty dificult to upgrade to caomnad, is this not true??? is all that is needed a neew wood trim and a audio 30 to comand 2.5 cable adapter????

Where can i get this adapter???

It is much easier with factory wiring.
