Okay , first i changed my thermostat and one of the fuel pipe got damaged , so i replaced it and all the o-rings of all the diesel pipes , problem got worse when days get colder (-5 to -18) last week , now i removed fuel filter and there was 3 big ice pieces (3-4cm wide) and replaced it with new one filled with diesel and been cranking for almost 3 hours the engine starts for 2-4 seconds and starts , two times i got it running for almost 2 minutes and still it quits working , is it possible there is some dirt and ice also in the tank strainer or filter idk how its called, its like it doesn't get that much pressure it needs to run , but all the pipes are good no leaking , and fuel pressure sensor were working also, i havnt got any issue for last 30000km but its my first winter, i think it may be the fuel tank strainer if it even has one ?

You probably have water in your diesel and that is causing problems, in addition what is 'gelling' point of the diesel you are using? Parafine wax will be solidifying and causing filters clogg. It will resolve when it is warming again. You could try add some additives to you fuel tank, which prevents that.

Are you getting fuel from aux pump to hp pump?

Yes all pipes what are transculent are filled with diesel with no air bubbles

Im living in Estonia so the weather here is almost same as in Finland , but can i remove the bottom tank stainer without any special tools ?

No start could be crankshaft position sensor. Just changed mine on a s210 320cdi om613. Same engine as your car i presume.

It didn't start at all ? Mine is starting for 3 seconds and yesterday it was running even few minutes

The symptoms i had prior to changing the CPS were stopped for diesel, car would not restart. Eventually (5 mins cranking) restarted. Was then normal for almost a year. Then car cuts out whilst idling, (engine barely warm). This time does not restart. Changed CPS - now back to normal starting first turn of the key. Judging by the state of the CPS i removed it was the original one on a car that has done 190,000 miles.

Does you car fire up straight away on easystart?

The diagnost would tell it i think ?
I imagine it would if you can find someone with old diagnostic software that works with an om613. I just used common sense and the search function on this forum to fault find.

But the problem hasnt been before the one of the diesel pipes got damaged and when i replaced it and then the o rings were leaking it always fires for two seconds now

Maybe go through all the pipes and o rings you have changed again, so no air in the system to cause the engine to stall. Other than that and the CPS causing no start/ stalling (fuel cut off) then fuel pressure problems which would need diagnostics if you have a local specialist with software (Xentry?) for an om613.
Best of luck.

PROBLEM SOLVED! :D

Turned out to be 3rd injector plug faulty , just little tuning with scissors and engine runs with first turn ;)
