W221 air cleaner sealing ring

The sealing ring pictured fits between the air cleaner assembly and the top of the engine.
As you can see it is split.
Have tried several sites and forums to identify the part with no luck.
Any idea what this is officially called / part number / where to order a replacement please ?

Not clear about the engine part numbers, sorry,
The label on top says "427 F221" and "A 272 010 26 00", if that means anything !?
