W221 - COMAND menu problems

I recently bought a W221 S350L with a huge list of optional extras including dynamic front seats, linguatronic and a load more. Before I collected the car it had a new amplifier fitted in the boot after the previous one died killing all sound in the car. Now it's all working, but most of the options on the COMAND menu have disappeared and I cannot use the Linguatronic, the seat lumbar and a few others...

Can anyone shed some light on this please? Is it a simple case of plugging it in and reloading the options?

I think I have solved the problem by talking to Mark over at Comand.co.uk - I just need the dealer to sort it out now.
