My S350L has had a problem with the lumbar/dynamic seats since I picked it up and it has now spent time with specialists, experts, my MB main dealer and it's also had all the STAR info sent back to the factory because the seats just don't work and no one can work out why...
Firstly, the dynamic seat option has disappeared from the COMAND menu and instead it just gives you the lumbar option, and then secondly, if you try and alter the lumbar the setting moves to whatever you select and then skips back t "0" even though the divers seat is full inflated at the top of the seat. It has had the bladders tested, all the electrics read and everything is saying it works apart from the function itself...
It's going back to Mercedes next week for a minimum 2 days so they can try and sort this out but no one seems to know what the problem is...
Has anyone on here ever heard of this before or know why it could be happening? As much as I like driving about in nice new courtesy C classes and E classes, I want my car to work!
