W221 HEADLAMP WASHER

Hi guys. The nearside headlamp washer seems to spray everywhere as if a pipe has come off the spray head, the problem is it doesn't protrude long enough for me to be able to see what is wrong with it in order to fix it. Does it require bumper removal or is there some way it can be extracted out the front far enough to see. Thank you.
