W221 s320 Headlight

Hi I need to remove the offside/drivers side headlight ,because the two plastic caps that go on the back were left off and lost I have replaced them but the inside of the headlight is dirty,I was hoping to take it out and somehow clean the inside,any idea how to do it.

Front bumper has to come off before you can remove the lamp, so ive read.

Think I will wait until number one son turns up,it will not be too bigger shock for him I will ask him to bring his tool box,he will know I am about to call in one of the many favours he owes me,if I do it I will have to wait until the warmer weather ,does not sound to big a job it is just annoying the last owner allowed Halfords to change a couple of bulbs.
