I am open to any suggestions even rude ones,but my W221 320 CDI has a weird noise,once over 60 mph I get every now and then a sound coming from the rear of the car like a letter box closing,you know one of those new letter boxes that has like brush like material inside,I have had the noise when accelerating and when cruising,I sometimes get the noise twice in quick succession ,had a look underneath at the back cannot feel or see anything loose
I could of course have the optional extra of a letter box underneath at the rear and just maybe the postie is trying to deliver,any ideas will be welcome
