W222 AMG Alloys, Anybody got one?? Tyre recommendations?

I'm looking to fit 19" 245/45's all round (haha!) in lieu of 275/40's at the back, for a quieter and softer ride. Tried Goodyear 18" runflats and found them disappointingly noisy - naively thought the EEC 68 dB rating was relevant to interior noise levels, d'oh. So would appreciate a A2224010000 (19" x 8.5j) if anyone has a spare one. Also thinking of Bridgestone Turanza 500 Eco B-Silent, any thoughts?

That 5% will make sod all difference to the ride so I wouldn't bother personally.

There's only a difference of 1cm between 18s and 19s.

Do you mean you tried Goodyear 19" runflats?

Runflats will be noisy and more harsh as they have a stronger sidewall to cope with deflation.

I am a fan of BTs as my other half's car uses them but not tried them on my car.

I use Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5s on the front and will switch to 3s on the rear.
