W222 Brake Calliper logo

Hi,

I've just had my rear brake pads changed and the garage have snapped the plate on both sides that has the MB logo on (the one you can wee looking through the alloy on the front of the calliper). I've been to the garage and they are sorting it out. I was wondering though whether the plate can be changed on its own. The MB parts dept says its a full calliper needed on both sides as they don't sell individual parts.

Any thoughts anyone?

Then it's the full caliper then,
the garage is paying, maybe they won't be so clumsy in future.
