W251 r class boot jammed shut won't open won't close alarm keeps on going off

Presumably this is a question and not just a statement?

If it is jammed shut, then it must be closed. Or are you tryng to say that it is half open/half closed?

You could try and release the mechanism by using the opening handle on the INSIDE of the boot door to try and open it. That may clear the jam.

It open I pulled it quite hard and it opened

Strap for laptop bag got stuck inbetween
