How do I get to the torx bolt? It looks impossible? I managed to get my hand down and unclip the plug but getting the the torx is very tricky

A long socket extension bar will reach the torx bolt. That is the easy bit. If your CPS is stuck you will have to break it up in situ to remove. Maybe bite the bullet and get a local independent garage to do the CPS swap as space is so limited in a straight six CDI's engine bay.

I did my cps (same car ) from below with no issues , but as @ChipChop says if it won’t easily come out get an Indy to do it

The AA manchanged mine but he had a very long extension bar and even than had to lie over the engine to get at it. Did it roadside so no ramp or jack

Yeah I done it actually wasn’t that bad as I was expecting
Extension bar got torx out then eagle beaks down back engine and wiggled it out
Hasn’t made abit of difference anyway lol
