W638 steering wheel options

Hi.the steering wheel on my 99 Vito is awful! Skinny, work, grimey..I can't find any options for changing it and have hunted high and low. Has anyone upgraded there's on this model? It's none airbag. Thanks a lot

There are not many left I imagine. The ones that are are probably high milers.
