W638 two oily inlet pipes

I've noticed two pipes are nice and dry, two are very oily..see picture..is this any cause for concern!?

I've got smoke under load so am in the pieces of replacing the oil breather and egr. Recently had injectors Done.

When I took off my inlet manifold off Ml 270, the dry ports where the ones with swirl flaps working ok , the wet oily ports were the one with swirlflaps not connected and seals leaking,
I deleted swirlflaps and deleted egr, lot less smoke .
presume your engine has swirlflaps?
Also had oil in turbo air inlet pipe and leaking oil from breather pipe where it attaches to turbo inlet, fitted oil catch can , no more oil leak...….
