My 112k 09 Vito (the 111) suddenly started being really lumpy, EMI came on whilst leaving a car park yesterday... Scanned it with my cheapo Bluetooth scanner and it has these codes:
P0340 P0611 P2043 P2135 P2140

I took a punt for £20 and replaced the camshaft position sensor which has not helped. With all these codes coming at once I would assume this is some control module or wiring issue somewhere...?
She's booked in to a garage for next week but I need her for work so I'm keen to get stuck in if I can, but I just don't know where to start
I have to leave the glow plug light to go off and then wait 10 seconds before it'll start, I replaced 2 glow plugs last month that Ohm'd 0 but that didn't help - not sure if related but that's the only other issue (mechanically!) she has.
Hoping this is common, but cant find anything similar!
