W639 Vito Central Locking Issue

I thought the 639 finished in 2014.

Anyways, you could disconnect the motors, and remove the push / pull cabling. But then you 'may' get annoying dash alarms.

There are various threads on here regarding 639 sliding doors.

The vehicle is plated 2016 but is an older model of 639.

I have noticed if i tap the rear section of the outside door panel it unlocks sometimes. Seems to be something inside the door causing it. Appreciate your input.

That'll likely be the hasp that is holding the lock too well. To my mind some small adjustment outward should do it.
But it could alignment.
As the door is closing it can be seen if the hasp is in line with the centre of the lock.
It's held by 3x torx screws.

Are you sure that the roller bearings aren't allowing the door to fall some?
