Driver survived apparently...

Both doors appear to be intact in the last photo.

nah, you can see the 2 white squares visible from the detonation device on the roof area. I guess they have simply 'closed' them.

Another **** with too much Dollar and too little Skill!

Yep - too much cash...and not enough sense and/or skill. Such a waste.

Wonder if it was a stunt for Jackie Chan's latest movie :D

If the driver could get out quickly there is no reason for them not have surived. Clearly the car is not massively deformed so its been a soft landing and the drivers been able to escape.

Bet it was a scary few moments

Apparently the driver was O Fuk Me .....

Welcome back Steve! :thumb:

Sorry to go against the tide of popular opinion but it really ****s me off when everytime someone crashes a supercar we get the "too much money too little skill" quotes. How do you know if the driver is skilled or not? - You don't know the circumstances behind the accident and you don't even know who was driving at the time! And why try to correlate wealth and driving skill in the first place? "Just because you can afford a Ferrari doesnt make you able to drive one"...blah blah blah I would have thought that being able to afford supercars makes you a lot more likely to have enough experience of driving them doesn't it?

Even the professionals make mistakes....

Brand new £170k McLaren pranged as worker takes it for first test drive | Mail Online

Mark Harrison, a spokesman for McLaren, said the car had literally just come off the production line and was being taken for a test drive before being delivered to a customer.
He said: 'The car was going for a normal drive to check everything was OK, we call it a shake-down drive.

'The driver said he pulled out of a lay-by just past the roundabout, then lost control and caught the driver coming the other way.'
