1275 Clubman needs TLC

My mini is available for collection, just ring and arrange. I do owe him approx £100 for storage etc. This would need to be paid to him.

It has a fantastic engine which I spent thousands on - New head, pistons and bottom end. It has been in storage forever and the body work is shot.

It always starts 1st time though!

Ring Jeff and tell him that Tim asked you to collect it and sort out the bill.

Just noticed you are in Lancashire - not too far...

I moved to London about 4 years ago hence why the car has been left so long!

Better be quick though - I gave him the go ahead to get rid of it last week....

in case anyones interested - a friend has a MINT bodywork C reg city 850 mini in black - with 36,000 on the clock.. whats it worth? dry stored for the last 5 years, starts and runs fine, hes taking it for an MOT today.. to be sold with T&T obv...

is the car origional or has it been played with (body kits, wheels etc) 850 tend to sell to collectors rather than for normal people as the cars were slow (and that is an understatment)
1.3's are starting to go for around the £900 - £1300 mark at about L reg
I would say anywhere between £400-£900 for the C platedepending on condition.

bog stock. interior clean and un played with. complete granny-mobile.. exterior dull paint (yet to be T-cutted) std wheel arch thingys otherwise stock (although I think the arch things are std - arnt they?)

deffo a collector / enthusiast / young person car...

I had to sell a mini a few months ago for someone... weird spec on it, it was a mini 1000 on a c plate with an Auto box, electric windows and power steering!!!

Never knew they came with power steering.

u sure it had power steering? i was a bit of a mini nut a few years ago and it wasnt possible then.... doubt it is now. leccy windows is certainly a possible mod (approx £120 for a kit i think)

Hmmm a bit late on this reply but ----yes absolutely sure it had power steering and it was a 1981 model.

Went for about £500 in the end.
