hi im after some amg mats to fit a c43 or a c36 in black if you have these for sale please PM me for more info

Hi,
AMG mats for the the W202 were i believe never made in black, you could get black MB mats, and my C43 and three others i have seen had these fitted from new as well, the AMG mats are still available (last time i enquired) and are a bluey colour, there is even a tunnel mat available.

It is possible to get Black AMG mats and Grey as ive seen them for sale along with Brabus Mats.

I will look up the link to the seller once I can find it, I think they were being offered for £160 or something!

Although strictly speaking they're not 'black', the AMG velour mats are available from any MB dealer for reasonable money (at a guess, £70-80 for a set?).

The colour is a sort of dark grey with flecks in it, but they match the interior quite well - as MB/AMG no doubt intended ;)

Mine were about £55 IIRC from the main dealer, although mine are for a W203 rather than W202.

i have been to the dealers they say the amg mats for the w202 have been discontinued

Thats wierd. I bought some only 3 months ago.

Some dealers are absolutely useless. If one dealer says they dont have it, try a few more who are local to you. I had to do this as MB Brentford aren't very good :(.

BlackC55 how much did you pay for yours?

Hi,
I believe a set of 208 mats would do for a 202, as I believe they are the same, maybe Nic could confirm this.
208 AMG mats may still be available.

Just got mine for my 55 a few months ago, they come at £109 inc vat from the dealer. Quality is very good and with the colour they seem they give a deeper and softer look than they actually are.

was that for the front pair, all or four?

It was for all four as a set. Just got the receipt from my file shows £109.25 (£95 + vat) They were not in stock hence no discount. If you find a dealer that has them in stock and can collect you can get them for less.

From a dealer mine were £71 yesterday (W169)
Am heartbroken about the cost but s'pose you only pay once.
There's no heel panel though which was quite a surprise.

£106 for me today. Will be looking after them at that price

I'm not sure if this is the case for the AMG type mats, but the other MB-supplied mats used to be available seperately, so you could buy a new driver's one to replace the one that typically wears first :)
