Warning lights

Hi all I have recently purchased a Vito 110. The ABS, ESP and wheel speed control light are permanently lit up on the dash. My mechanic has stripped down the wheel showing the fault, he said that the sensor is broken but if he replaces that and the lights don't go out it could be a driveshaft problem?

Can anyone shed any light on this for me as it sounds expensive if that's the case?

Put a sensor on it and it must be a genuine one. A local garage to here used a non-genuine wheel speed sensor and it didn't work and it caused them no end of hassle.

My mechanic has just called me, and the good news is he has stripped everything down cleaned everything down, then fitted a new sensor, it's all working!!!

Thanks for the advice C55, sounds like he must have fitted a genuine part, and I have been very lucky for a change
