Warranty work

I've had the s211 for nearly a year now and give it it's due it's been fantastic.
Just had it into the dealer for the 4th time though under warranty, When I bought it the handle to get to the spare wheel was snapped, so they said no problem we will replace it when it comes in for service.......So 3 services later and a trip in because the duo valve failed and....yep still no handle, although this time they did managed to fix the rear facing seats so some progress.
Then My Missus went to pick it up.......That will be £169 for the handle....errr nope it is an issue going back to when we bought it......oh why didnt you bring it in earlier.....Cue expletives as she had waited all day in Newcastle for a these things to be done and they couldnt even be bothered to order the right parts!
I pity the poor saleman who is going to ring me back in a moment
I will pity him even more if he doesnt...........

Do you have anything in writing?
Or do you remember the name of the person you dealt with when you bought the car? (Hopefully they still work there.)
