Was going to swap seats but don't think I can

2 w203's one is an 04 the other an 06 the 04 has leather the 06 doesn't. Both have the up/ down electric side buttons and the turn knob at the side but the 06 has 4 electrical sockets underneath, the 04 had 2.

They will physically fit yes but electrics wise don't know or can anybody say for sure they will. How can 2 seats with the same buttons to move them but one had double the connectors. I took some photos but can't upload them.

Need a photo of the connectors. One may well be seat heating. Are you sure one is not memory ?

Why is the 04 not the same

This is not working

I have 4 photos i.e. Pass and driver of both but can't get them on here

This a pita the connectors are all different shapes too, if this will work it might need an auto spark to suss it as I sure as hell can't and can find find bugger all online either.

And no disrespect to anybody here but I think it's obvious that nobody knows either. I know maybe if I got photos up it might help but as I say I can't upload them.

Small one. Belt sensor. Bigger one -seat occupancy mat.

Find out which one wires goes to the belt sensor and occupancy sensor in a new seats. And just wire them in. All that extra connections on a new ones are for a air bag, child seat sensor and another stuff which one 2004 model doesn't have.

Didn't think of that
But the connectors are different shapes and the wires would need to be prised out and put in and tested ect to make sure they were going in the right places. A lot of work and not something I could do.

What a bugger and here was thinking "I will just swap the seats over did that before" yea right..
