Would need to be a mint low-mileage non-import 2006 in a sorted colour for that kind of cash.
I also didn't know you could get double-glazing but I know it was an option on the E39 540i (i.e. available on something lower than a 7 Series / S Class) so might have been an option on the W211?

I was somewhat close 
It was a silver E55, wrong year, wrong wheels, wrong car! However mileage was similar and thats what stood out (any way, that is my excuse and I am sticking to it! 
)
