Watch advice please

Looked at a titanium solar seiko on Creation a year or so ago but wanted to view it in the flesh before buying.
Went into each jeweller I passed on the high street but none had it. Then walked into Earnest Jones in Bury St Edmunds. They had the exact model, considerably cheaper than Creation.
Handed over the money on the spot.

I would like to buy a nice quality watch.

I currently have a Mondaine which is very simple in appearance, but it’s not great quality.

Does anyone know of something similar to look at but higher quality, maybe up to £3000?

I have always had a ??? 'Thing' about watches. Several things attract me. First is is it aesthetically appealing....to me. Is it comfortable.
Do I enjoy wearing it. Is it likely to give good service. Cost. And the very last thing I consider is the brand.
