Nearly forgot to mention these guys which would be a shame.

Had the first A service on my SL the other day for £199 all in, including an A-Class hire car. I was quoted £325 all in by Lancaster Mercedes (plus £26 plus vat hire car charge ) for exactly the same service, £355.55 in total. Any warranties are also unaffected as they are Mercedes approved.

Waterhouse did all the usual MB upgrades/updates etc., and I even got a free umbrella when I paid . Oh and they checked out my Comand that had been playing up and never messed me around/fobbed me off, and this unit is being replaced tomorrow.

Great overall service with none of the usual MD dealer attitude and would thoroughly recommend them.

Me too! I am shocked that Waterhouse only charge £75 per hour which is 25% cheaper than Lancaster! But not only that. As I am a regular customer they didn't charge me the last time I wanted plugged in to Star diagnosis. How's that for service. They have zero attitude and you can speak to the tech.
