Seen on the new Brabus S-class...LED puddle lamps:

brabus-led.jpg

'The Mercedes of noble Brabus offers integrated LED's to the s-class (V220) in the Seitenschweller for the long version. With the car or when opening a door lights up the elegant Spot unlocks the soil and makes a safe entering possible.'

Badly translated from <a href="www.jes-mercedes.de:" target='_blank'>www.jes-mercedes.de:</a>

Cool lights on that C class Graham.

Are you sure that's not your new C230K? <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>

That translation is a cracker!

I just tried German-English translation, using Babelfish, on an eBay item - and I am none the wiser so I'll not bother bidding.

We used to have fun the bablfish .

Translate somthing into another language and the back into english, include peoples names and events and it makes it quite amusing ..

I lived in Germany for 4 yrs in the 80's, so I speak very good (almost fluent) German including technical stuff (I was a mechanic in ann Alfa/BMW dealership)
That said I only read it to an average standard. I can normally get by pretty well, and I can read the German 129 SL forum (where I nicked my avatar from <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> )

So if you are stuck with anything PM me and I MAY be able to help

Mark
