They all, without exception that I have seen,look as if they have a severe case of obesity.
My S205 may not be a styling icon,but it does not look constipated.

Audi Etron GT perhaps??....a good looking car to my eyes EV or not.....and it still has an ICE type front end with lots of (no doubt fake) intakes....rather than the "car with learning difficulties" face of many EVs....inc Mercedes Im sorry to say.

Styling is a matter of opinion though. Some may find your cars styling poor (I’m not suggesting it is) - not everyone likes the same thing… and that’s fine.

There are plenty of EV models out now that look otherwise identical to their ICE equivalents.

They bear an uncanny resemblance to the armoured Land Rovers in 1960s Belfast in that they look very heavy.
I must say that I have never seen any that look like an ICE car.
