West London Meet up.. Tescos Cromwell Road

Hi all,

Im organising a small meet at the top of TESCO's car park (open air at top) on cromwell road.. Hammersmith / Kensington..

It can be on a day suitable to most people so dont mind as i am free everyday,
its just a day to see each other MB members cars, talk get tips etc..

I would say Friday at 6:00pm top carpark TESCOS cromwell road..

Friday evening rush hour traffic would put most people off I think, unless commuting that way.

well it was going to happen, until nobody agreed to come.. im trying hard to set up a nice meet.. but nobody wants to join in..?
lets change the venue, and time.

Yep I think this was discussed before - Normally GTGs are held over the weekend - Saturday or Sunday, as most people work Monday-Friday etc.

Friday @ 6PM in London is going to be quite unpopular as most people will not have time to get to the meet location, plus you will be facing a lot of traffic.

There's always the GTG on Sunday at Mercedes-Benz World in Brooklands, about a half-hour or so drive from Hammersmith/Kensington

erm... nope not me, I can't think of anywhere else in west London I'd least fancy driving to.

Somewhere like Tescos is far too busy, down the road from Hammersmith is the Park Royal Complex on the A40 where there is a cinema, bowling alley, nandos etc.
There is a HUGE car park at the back of the complex which is never really full, that IMO would be a better venue.
