I was asked the other day what car would i have if money was no object, as i have never been in this position i wasn't sure, what would you choose?

With unlimited funds you don't have to pay for anything.

For whatever you want it for.
If money was no object then you would have multiple cars not just one.
A car that can do everything quite well is a compromise that most people who can only afford one car will be grateful for.
If you have unlimited funds then you have the pick of the best car for any given role.
