What colour is my W124 body moulding?

Hi all,

I have just purchased a W124 1995 e200 estate in Blue / Black that I'm currently bringing back to life.

I am replacing the front and rear bumper inserts, as the originals were cracked and one of the MOT failure items. I am going to spray these myself, but wondered what colour they are? The car is 2 tone, with the upper being Blue / Black and the lower a slightly lighter blue/grey. What colour is this? Any thoughts? It only says Blue / Black on the Russian spec website?

According to this site it should be alto grey 700. this might be a US name tho.

Thanks Graeme. I might just head to the local Merc dealer and see whether they can mix up a couple of cans.

I am pretty sure that the later 124s have the same colour on the bumper and plastic side panels - but the lacquer is one step down from full gloss - ie with a small amount of matt in it. They also look good in full gloss anyway,
