What colour is this

Can anyone tell me the official colour of this car, W210 vintage circa 1998 thanks.

Unfortunately I didn't take the shot, just had it e mailed to me to see if I knew the colour, unfortunately I don't but I knew the place to come to find out

It is not unlike Almandine Red , which was the colour of my last W124 (below) , the colour was also available on W201 and R129 models , not sure what else .

I think , though , by the time the W210 came out , the colour had been superceeded .

looks too dark to be almondine to me but having said that Pontoneer's 124 looks darker than other almondine motors I have seen, but must admit it was my first thought too, but guess photos can be deceptive. I also think Titanite didn't come in until later

My 500 was Almandine........this looks slighty darker and more metalic.....

My CLK is titanite ... compare it in the gallery ... looks very nice , needs to be kept clean to look it's best and is a much better colour than all the boring silvers and blacks out there ... that most lease cars seem to be

I've actually got excellent colour vision, but don't let on..
