I don't want to get way OT here but what i meant was its sitting too low at the rear as commented by Dieselman.

If you have been on the bimmer forums you are bound to be aware of the crappy springs giving problems without any assistance from towing, i know of one person in particular who is quite a track person regularly visiting tracks on open days and always complained to me about weird handling and his car sitting nose up i took a look at it and both of the springs had gone it was serviced only by BMW and it went for over a year without the problem being found.

I was just looks like its in a bit of trouble because of its stance in both pics fair enough the first one is not a good indicator because of the van but the second one looks odd also.

Oh and by the way is that a sheep in the window in pic 1?

Yes the sheep drives the car....a sheep in woolfs clothing even with the van it was quite quick (up to 60) of course..

Anyway the car has gone so like you not going to lose sleep over it, but seems odd that none of the specialist had spotted anything wrong, or the AA check from the person who bought it?

Oh well, the new bus should be good
