What does 3 last code means in ODB II error code results

I'm Artef and I'm new in this forum.
I've done a diagnostic and wanna know what does 3 last codes mean in error code.
Eg: P0600-004
P0600, I've found the meaning from google but not 004.

Can anyone help me.

P0600 is all you need .

I vaguely recall reading somewhere the number after the dash is the number of occurrences stored, ie. P0600 has occurred four times since it was last cleared.

Of course I may be completely wrong.
