What does this mean?

Hi All,

I have recently bought a C220 CDI, 2013 (63) and have spent ages reading the handbook to work out what all the displays mean but I can't find this one in the book.
I'm hoping somebody can tell me what it is. I don't think it is a warning of any kind and only comes on shortly after starting up and pulling away.
