seen them as a option for some older 99' cars? they massaging seats or wat?

AFAIK they have numerous inflatable bladders so one is able to fine tune the comfort and support offered.

They're not the massaging ones - those are known as "Dynamic" and I have them in the 211.

My C43's had the orthopedic seats. As 320 says they have a number of airbladders - L&R bolster, 2 X lower back and seat base extender.

They Dynamic version basically automates the set up so RH bolster inflates in LH turns, etc. And you can select a "massage" function which is really rather noddy, tbh.

If you have the Convenience pack, though, you can save all the settings in the Dynamic seats to your preferences which is handy.

So Dynamic seats (sometimes referred to as "massage") are Orthopedic seats with knobs on :-)
