What Gearbox ?

Anyone know what gearbox I have or how I can find out - C220 CDI AMG SPORT 2013 7G tronic plus - I specifically want to know max torque as just has a remap done up to 515nm (previously 400nm standard)

So i have managed to ascertain that my vehicle has the 722.9 7-G tronic plus, but, i still cannot find the max torque on these - there appears to be two models w7a700 and w7a400 but which one do i have or how can identify - i have spoken to mercededs and all they can tell me is its a 722.9 gearbox

EPC might well tell you but then MB should be able to find that easily..

Logic says mb will not put a 400 max in a car with 400 stock as that will push it all the time

hope so - i have the gearbox number now 722908 - still cant tell so should like you say be the 700nm

I understood the 700 in the W7A700 was the maximum torque in NM that it could handle.
