Construction - Structural Engineer and Design Manager for Major Civils Contractor:bannana:
IT - Unix Servers. did manufacture LR off road parts for a few years, in between the IT.
heavy civil engineering (works manager)
IT in the banking industry (boo hisss) ;)
Automotive - Sales
Passive fire protection. Mainly in construction industry sealing holes in buildings created by various services, service penetrations like soil stacks, cable holes and building air sealing.
I am an IT contractor presently working in 2nd line regional IT support for a large (€10bn turnover) manufacturer.
I have only ever worked in IT before and since graduating from Salford Uni, BSc Comp Sci.
I am sales director for a blue chip aviation company (not sure should name here!!), we supply parts for commercial passenger jets Boeing and Airbus mainly, anything from en entire engine to landing gear, avionics etc etc......Most customers are tier 1 airlines like BA, KLM etc....
I spend my life talking about IT in meetings :(
