It’s not dinner, but I thought I ought to blow my own trumpet a bit. I’ve been under the weather for a couple of weeks and have hardly been eating anything, plus sleeping badly etc., it’s all been a bit poo. Anyway, I think I must have turned the corner as I managed to get a half decent nights kip last night and woke up feeling ravenous this morning. Took myself off to the kitchen and cooked myself a good old-fashioned fryup - sausage, bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms and fried tomatoes with toast and washed down with a sugar loaded cup of builders tea and orange juice. I snarfed the lot and am feeling tons better already. Could someone point me in the direction of today’s ar5e? I wish to kick it.
