What is this, please help

So walked past the SL and noticed a wet patch underneath behind rear wheel drivers side. What is it from? Doesn't smell like fuel. Looks like something is missing a cap though.

Confused.

Not sure about 3 holes. I can't get under to see at the mo.

Just what i thought [ tyres .] The water is from a drain hole .I would check to see how it got in there to drain out. .

Both rears have around 5mm and fronts have 6maybe 7 mm so they are ok

I think it a drain tube,, but sorry to say that I'm guessing they aren't functioning as they should be.
