What modifications are needed?

Hi what modifications are needed to put a automatic box onto an engine that has had a manual box previously. I take it there will be issues over flywheel differences?? Is it a straight forward swop etc? Any advice grateful. Its for the M110 engine as a potential engine transplant in to an exisitng auto car, so no need for anything such as a pedal swop etc.
