It takes some work to behead someone.

It's not as easy as you'd think, so he either had a very sharp blade or he was hacking away at it a for a while..

According to Spanish newspaper El Mundo, the Bulgarian man was born in 1983; he had a mental illness record, and was released from a psychiatric hospital in February 2011, after he was admitted there for a series of random violent incidents such as punching a random passer-by in the street.

In NZL they have all but closed the Mental Institutions. The new way of treating these people is to "release them into the community where they can learn to interact like a normal person" Yea right!

There are also a range of drugs on the street that were not there a few years ago....

Strangely enough, a Spanish spokesman describing the event said a "Belgian gentleman.." errrr, i think at best, just the term 'man' would suffice.
