Hi All, I have an R350. I took it to an independent Mercedes specialist to have the oil pump replaced. It came out wonky. Taking it back and pointing out the ride height was not level they tried to fix but then advised it would need to go to Mercedes. It's been with Mercedes for just over two months, I am paying monthly for a fix they believed they had put in place but then advised it was still sagging. During this time the MOT has run out. It won't pads because it's wonky and has a couple of other issues that they reported on. Are my expectations too high to think that Mercedes should have the skills and knowledge to sort this. Why two months? Am now thinking of requesting a refund and tell them to keep the car, what are my options. Loved the car, was so comfortable and functional, any advice welcome thanks
