Im fitting the rubber spats the rubber strips over the arches

My question what too use I bought double sided tap today but it was no good I would need very strong tape if I was going to do it

What have other s used any ideas would be great

Thx

You need genuine 3m double sided tape Trev, it is a thin red coloured stuff :thumb:

Thx ill try and fine do in the city tomorrow if not I'll buy online

Would you think they do it in b&q by any change

I looked on 3m site they don't show retailers silly

I bought from Halfords a few years ago 'trim tape'. the stuff is amazing.

My GPS aerial is attached with it and its constantly wet.

Have you thought about spraying those arches silver?

Thank you their is a halfords near me I'll go tomorrow from a look

do you mean spray the rubber trim silver it wouldn't work I would say its too soft if some one rubbed it the paint would crack
I like the black on silver

Yep I meant the arch extensions. The reason why I didnt get any is that I think they make the arches look bigger from a distance and the wheels smaller...

My main reason for getting them is to stop over spray from wheels in wet conditions

Hi

I had these on my 202 and even though factory fit they came loose at the ends an odd time, i used number plate stickies cut to shape but it was only 4" at the end that i was re-sticking.

Thanks,

230k

Thx
